Duties and Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to the HRD Department, in terms of programme planning and budgeting, monitoring and evaluating, and reporting.
Coordinate and implement the programme and project(s) under his responsibility.
Prior to his role at HRDN Thompson served as the Grant Manager at AMNET, Programs Coordinator at GOAL, Sponsorship Supervisor at Plan International and a Social Worker at COOP.
Elvis Sam is the Finance and Admin Officer of the Human Right Defenders Network Sierra Leone.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provides financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take; Maintaining the financial health of the organization. He also ensures that the office is well managed and in high sanitary condition.
Sania Caulker is the Womens Human Right National Cordinator of the Human Right Defenders Network Sierra Leone
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the coordination, monitoring, documentation and referral of Women Human Rights Defenders whose rights have been abused or violated.
Aruna Bockarie is the Office Assistance at the Human Right Defenders Network whose responsibilities include tasks like typing, filing, taking inventory, keeping records, and sorting checks.
Bockarie has a Diploma in IT – Government Technical Institute (G.T.I)
Jane Emily Williams is the Protection and Communication officer at Human Right Defenders Network
Duties and Responsibility: The major role is to take leadership and coordinate HRDN SL’s protection programme with the objective of providing timely and effective protection to populations of concern, as well as supervising protection interventions within the office environment. She manages the organisation’s corporate communications. Her duties include writing and distributing corporate communication materials, advising management on publicity activities and serving as the company’s point of contact with the media.
Mariama Jumie Bah is the Research and Information Officer of the Human Right Defenders Network Sierra Leone.
Duties and Responsibilities: The primary role is to supervise research projects and work with team members to ensure that the project remains on schedule. She helps determine the goals of the research project as well as research methods and other test parameters. She also review and analyze data during the course of a project.
